Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000+ DOE (Experienced candidates may exceed $200,000)

Practice Areas
- 90% Toxic Tort / Silicosis Defense
- 10% General Civil Litigation
What You'll Do
- Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
- Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
- Develop litigation strategy and work closely with clients.
- Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining significant autonomy.
- Gain experience in a highly specialized and growing area of litigation.
What We're Looking For
- 1-5+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Toxic Tort Defense
- General Liability Defense
- Product Liability
- Construction Litigation
- Civil Litigation
- Strong understanding of litigation workflow and billable hour requirements.
- Ability to independently manage matters and prioritize deadlines.
- Active CA bar license in good standing.
Open to Candidates Who Are
- Interested in transitioning into Toxic Tort litigation.
- Coming from General Liability, Product Liability, or Lemon Law practices.
- Returning to legal practice after time away.
- Currently practicing at smaller firms and seeking greater growth opportunities.
- Looking for a collaborative environment where performance and potential matter more than pedigree.
Compensation & Bonus Potential
- Base Salary: $125,000 - $175,000+ DOE
- Exceptional candidates may command $200,000+
- Attainable monthly bonus program
- Hours worked above approximately 155 billable hours per month are compensated at $50/hour
- Annual billable target: 1,860 hours
Flexibility & Work Environment
- Associates with 1-2 years of experience receive valuable hands-on training through a hybrid/on-site schedule.
- Attorneys with 5+ years of experience may work fully remote.
- Fully remote opportunities may be available for experienced Toxic Tort attorneys nationwide.
